    • Please note: The “consolidated” stipulated agreement document linked above constitutes an unofficial version of the Settlement Stipulation and Agreement regarding Ameren Illinois’ 2026-2029 Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Plan, and consolidates the stipulation and addendum approved by the Commission in Docket 25-0211 into a “clean” document for the convenience of the stakeholders. The stipulation approved by the Commission was filed in that docket as an errata on June 25, 2025 and is linked above. Appendix A: 2026-2029 EE Plan Budgets and Projected Savings was not part of the stipulation or addendum, was prepared at the request of stakeholders, and is attached for the convenience of stakeholders.
